Shipping & returns
Because we understand that fashion needs to be delivered fast, we only use express post. With a flat rate of $10 or free for all orders over $100, have your parcel delivered straight to your front door. Easy!
- All orders placed by 2pm (AEST) Monday - Friday will be shipped that same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Express post service only applies to major metro areas and capital cities.
- Please note that we hold no responsibilty for lost or delayed parcels caused by Australia Post.
- Whilst we endeavour to dispatch all parcels as soon as possible, during high volume seasons, there can be delays of upto 1-3 business days.
- Items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times
International orders are sent via DHL ecommerce and have a flat rate of $35. Delivery on Internation orders can take anywhere between 7-21 business days to be recieved and requires signature upon delivery.
- Please note that shipping rates vary from country to country, in the instance that your specific location exceeds the flat rate charges, our team will be in contact with you to arrange payment before any items can be sent.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We hold no responsibility for lost or delayed parcels caused by DHL.
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered.
- Delivery dates included in the item description is approximate and subject to change.
- Any pre-order items included amongst other items in your order can delay delivery, Please contact us if you would like to arrange for items to be sent seperately.
We hope you love your garment/s as much as we do! However, in the instance that the fit/style isn't quite right, we are more than happy to provide you with an exchange/credit note, provided that:
- The item is unworn, and in original condition with all tags still attached
- The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date (21 for international customers)
- A receipt and proof of pruchase is available
- We are notified via email of your request to exchange within 48 hours of receiving it
The credit note will be issued in the form of a discount code, with a year in which to redeem, upto the value of the original purchase cost.
TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
- Please contact us within 48 hours to obtain an RA no. and further instructions on how to safely return your garment.
- Please note, customer must cover shipping costs for return garments
We have the right to refuse to exchange if our returns policy is not adhered to. Garments will be sent back, with charges payable by the customer.
We treat every customer order with the utmost of care and are very diligent in making sure all garments are thoroughly quality controlled before being dispatched. However, in the unlikely case that a garment is delivered faulty or not as advertised, we will happily honour a full refund, provided:
- You notify our team within 48 hours of receiving your garment and provide a description and photo of the fault
- Your claim of the fault/s has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and you have been notified, please be patient, as it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. However if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
